Don't be surprised if we don't draft one by rd2....
There are a lot to like. I’m still pissed we passed on Bucky Irving last year. A 4th round pick who will hit 1000 yards this year. I felt like he would have fit perfectly into Grubbs O, he can run and catch.

The only QB worth taking is Cam Ward. He would be a great get but he's going top ten. Package Woolen and Geno to trade up.

I’m super tired of having a qb who throws bad picks and takes dumb sacks. Pass

Strong no.

OL, LB, DL, CB, then if there's any later QB prospects they like then draft them and coach them up for a year or two.

I'm not saying Geno is the answer, but I don't see a better solution next year unless we trade for someone, or there's another Sam Darnold miracle story out there.

Last thing I want them to do is reach for a QB
Time to move on from Geno

Then you are rolling with Geno for another season and hoping the following year is a better draft for Qb's. You could take a flyer on Ewers in the 2nd or 3rd, but he looks terrible.

Nobody in the top 10 is going to want Geno and Woolen unless there's a "Major League" kind of situation going on.
Yeah. Even a package of TK and Walker probably doesn’t get you into the top 10. And in this class, I’d want Banks, Johnson or Abdul Carter if we had a top 10 pick

Think he stays unless we sign Darnold Jones or Cousins....are they better?
Darnold is, but he's going to get paid. Signing Cousins would just be putting us in the same situation we're in now. I'd only consider him maybe as a one-year bridge if we get a rookie and Geno demands a trade, but it'd have to be for considerably less than the Falcons are paying him. Jones is garbage.

Yep that would be the plan. Rolling with Geno for another year or going into FA to try someone new. The topic title states getting a QB in round 1. Getting a QB in a later round is fine but wasting a valuable pick to reach on a guy is not worth it.

Sign Daniel Jones on the cheap. Draft Jackson Dart with the 19th pick. Spend some money on the OL and let the best man win.

Trade for either Anthony Richardson or Trevor Lawrence. Both are young, and talented in the right setting.

We are always to average to get a top five pick, so trade for someone that’s young and you see promise in.
