Did?

My expectations haven’t changed even if the 3-0 start raised them a bit.

I simply want to see some changes in the right direction, I’d consider 10 wins success.
you are in for some serious disappointment. It's going to get ugly before it gets better. It will get better. This team isn't as talented as we thought it was. it's incredibly soft. Gott fix the physicality issues. We're getting destroyed up front.

I figured 9 wins.. 10 on the high side 6 on the low. Just a change of a coach wasn't miraculously going to change things overnight.

MM is obviously a top-notch defensive coordinator. The move to head coach though is a completely different animal. Time will tell whether he is a true leader of a team or more of just a great coordinator. As I said, give it two years and then if the same crap is going on, fire away your comments

It's shocking that so many people (not saying so much on this site) are already giving up on the guy. It's going to take at least 2 years to truly get the team how wants. Pete was giving time to do it, so should Coach Mike.

And seems players are upset already 6 games in. Some locker room issues. So, thats not a good look for a 1st yr HC right? Right. And i would hope Mike improves. Im going off fans and JS saying a new coach would get this roster to the playoffs this year. They still might. The issue for me is now i see excuses.

THis year was not a rebuild. If it was a rebuild then ok.

How is this year not the start of a rebuild? MM is dealing with a lot of Pete's leftovers here. There's only so many draft picks and so much cap space. It's going to take a few seasons. The majority of the roster has already proven they can't get it done.

Pete went 7-9 his first 2 seasons, while being left with a roster that needed an overhaul. I would like to THINK that Coach Mike gets the same benefit. But I get the feeling he isn't going to, at least from the fans. Sad.

What is frustrating me more than anything is the fact that this team gets pushed around, OFTEN. It's maddening.

How is it not a rebuild? I don't care about mine or anybodys opinions of Pete Carroll or MaCdonald. That has nothing to do with anything here. MM is a brand new coach and has a vision about how and what he wants to accomplish and many of the current players aren't going to be involved in it.

Are you actually trying to say that you believe the roster has enough talent currently to contend? Is that what it is? If so, i've got news for you,,,it doesn't. Not even close.

Get over Pete guys. He is gone and he isn't hired by anyone else for a reason. He put out a sub par product for years. Any coach needs time to get their guys on the roster. Our Linebackers are all very sub par and the draft (and free agency) didn't offer any appealing solutions. They made a great Pick in Byron Murphy and need to continue rebuilding our front 7.
What makes Byron Murphy a great pick? He has been unavailable for over half of his potential starts.

He literally draws double teams on almost every play. Former players rave about how good he is. I'll take their opinions over some keyboard warrior on his computer in mom's basement.

My guess/prediction was 9-8 and possibly squeaking into the playoffs with a rookie coach, rookie offensive coordinator, and at least a year of roster readjustment away. Anything better would be a blessing, and anything worse something between a bit of a disappointment and worse.

Our OL needs to be repaired. Number one issue for me. Second the LB corp. And we have to be careful who we pay and how much so we don't hamstring ourselves with the CAP.

I had us 3-3 after the first three games, losing to the Dolphins, 49ers, and Lions. I changed about the Dolphins when Tua was out, but got clobbered back to 3-3 with that loss to the Giants.
