The Colts have an offense that we really match up with.

Luck is dynamic, but rarely patient. He will give the LOB chances.

I am much more concerned with our o-line giving up edge pressure vs D-ends assisted by crowd noise.

I've been surprised at how vanilla Wilson and the offense has looked so far this year, except in those instances where he has needed to take over. What happened to our deep game and deep seam routs to our te's? Why isn't he throwing on the run more? I hope it's just because our o line has been sub par. I agree with the earlier post, Wilson is less special when he steps up into the pocket and isn't a threat to run or extend the play. All that said, RW is an unconscious jedi, our D is the bomb, and I fully expect the Hawks to pull out the win.

I know luck may look impressive, but in all honesty I'm not sold on the dude, he got picked to an already well built team, with pretty much the same O line that made Manning sound godlike (or at least thats what NFL keeps saying. Without taking into mind the Broncos have the easiest schedule) We still have some building to be done with our O line, but with that In mind I see a lot of picks because Indy and a new run scheme + our defense +pass rush = Luck not knowing what to do

Have to disagree a bit with you here. Luck is turnover prone now, but he'll continue to improve in that catagory as he progresses. There is no doubt in my mind Luck is the real deal and will be a star in this league for years. But he is beatable at this point. Key is pressure, pressure, pressure... With Irvin back and the D line at full strength (minus Bennett maybe) i see a lot of pressure.

As for Wilson, he gets a pass as far as i'm concerned, we've played 3 of the best front 7's in the league out of the first 4 games IMO, with a beat up O line... He's had to run for his life all season, except for the Jags game where (go figure) he threw for 300+ yards..

We need to get healthy on the O line, i don't see IND as having an elite D line, so we should fair much better on offense this game. I could be wrong. I also see us getting to luck a lot...

This game is all on our defense. We know Luck is going to pass but just how good will Richardson and their new run game go against us? It's an exciting match up. High scoring for sure.
Richardson is not playing well at all for the Colts. In his two games he has 33 carries for just 95 yards. That's less than three yards a carry. The Colts will be a one-dimensional offense and those don't do well against us for a full game.

There is no deep game or much of a passing game for that matter when the QB has 1.2 seconds to drop back before he get's pressured.. It all starts in the trenches, beat up O line playing very good D lines with the likes of Watt and Aldon Smith make for very long days in the passing game..

Agreed.

Although I was more concerned with Sweezy and Carpenter giving pressure up the middle. That wasn't expected and those two were abused repeatedly. Several times both on the same play. Indy doesn't have the same personnel. Hoping Unger comes back this week.

Well we have gone 2-0 and won by a combined score of 64-10 since acquiring him. If he's getting 3 ypc this week we won't be one dimensional. 3 ypc keeps you on schedule.

How so? He's got 2 int's so far in 4 games. 1 was because the wr ran the wrong route, and the other was basically a hail mary. I don't see that as turnover prone.

Ah, here come the Colts fans.

Welcome!

Should be a good game this weekend.
Thanks, glad to be here. Not here to talk smack, but I will defend my team when necessary.

Let's hope for no injuries.
