There's a big difference between speed and quickness. With his size and strength, I don't see quickness being that big of an issue. Bully ball.

Nobody kind of thinks he looks like Aaron Hernandez?
I mean the player but yeah the tats/Miami are similar.
I like the pick after all these soft TEs we've had.

Being injured in college didn't stop Gronk from having an amazing career, he missed his entire junior year recovering from back surgery. Then there are Arroyo's fellow Canes like Frank Gore who tore his ACL twice in college, yet went onto rush for 16,000 yards and finish as the 3rd all time leading rusher in NFL history and Willis McGahee who had a solid NFL career.

Injuries in college aren't determinative to a player's career or trajectory being injury prone, plenty of non-injury prone guys out of college end up becoming injury prone in the NFL.
In other news, meteorite strikes strangely occur in only populated areas.
