What Time Does The Banner Ceremony Begin?

I heard fans should be in their seats a half hour before kickoff, so that's 5pm PST by my estimate. Anyone know for sure? The last thing I want to do is miss the banner ceremony by a couple minutes!

Doug Baldwin called me last night and said that fans should be in their seats by 5 PM for a celebration of some sort.

When I tried to get more clarification from him, he just kept on talking and then hung up on me. RUDE

However, I'm sure he must have been talking about the banner unveiling.
