Welker to play this week

Per nfl.com, Welker has had his suspension lifted (along with 2 other WRs on different teams).

As he's passed his concussion protocols, looks like we'll be seeing Welker playing against us.

Personally, I liked the matchup with Lane. I'm not so sure our 5th string nickle corner is going to match up favorably against Welker. If Manning can go to his security blanket immediately, it's going to be a long day for our pass rush. This could end up making this a closer game, although I still think we win.

I think the score ends up being 27-24 Seahawks.

Honestly Sanders is a bigger concern for me than Welker.

Sanders is in the same mold as T.Y. Hilton .. and Hilton had a field day against us.

Welker has had great success over seattle over the preseason. He simply destroys whoever is at the nickel position.
