We kicked their butts.

We shut them down. We out gained them, won TOP and had far more first downs. They only generated 223 yds total offense.

If not for one freak play, the final score is 23-6.

23-6 is indicative of the butt kicking we gave them.

People ragged on Wilson today. Yeah, must suck to go 23/31 257yds 8.3avg. and only rush for 61 yards.

People do realize that our QB alone passed for more yardage than Tennessee got TOTAL? That our team is 5-1 and looking good?

I find it surreal that I'm the guy who always nit picks everything our team does and here I am trying to pick people up after a WIN. WTF?

Agree wholeheartedly. On all counts. The only genuine nit I have to pick is that our pass coverage is not as good as I expect it to be given our excellent roster. Obviously the ST issue was glaring, but I don't expect that to ever happen again given the circumstances leading up to that.

It's true that Wilson hasn't looked as incredible as he did to close the year last year. He's not always going to look like that throughout his career.

I do agree that we had a lot of hidden dominance, but one freak play can change a game and make it all pointless. Seattle has allowed one in two straight games.

This week we were able to fight back. Last week we weren't so fortuitous. And people are rightly wondering which outcome a theoretical Super Bowl will feature.

I agree. this game was a lot different than the final score. the maragos and rice fumbles were outliers that dont make much sense; the personal foul on sherman out of bounds was stupid because the only wayt o avoid it would be if sherman had the ability to just disappear...and then there should have been a personal foul on tate on the punt.

overall a 20-13 win that should have been more like 30-13 at the least

People who actually understand the game of football KNOW how valuable RW is to this team. His legs are covering up a lot of issues.

Turnovers were what went wrong for Seattle today, really, the D shut them down after the 1st quarter.

I know we won today, but I just wasn't impressed...

I haven't seen anyone bagging on Wilson, though. He was the best player on the field today, IMO.

I did forget the fumbles. I expect fumbles to get cleaned up. And our makeshift OL looked fair today, and I will take 'fair' after what we've seen.

we kicked their ass today, was only close because of two weird bad fumbles that make no sense

I agree. I remained pretty calm the entire second half. You could see the Titans weren't up for the challenge. We dominate by wearing the other team out. Not by pass happy stats accumulation.

I don't think anyone is bagging on Wilson, he and Lynch (aside from his fumbles) have been off the charts. I think we have every right, though, to bag on the offensive line. In particular, our guards have been atrocious. WR's have been subpar too, especially Rice.

It's bold to say, but I never lost hope today.

That "not going for the TD and kicking it and having a TD scored on you play" sucked, but other than that, it was football.

Wilson had 2-3 passes that were mildly inaccurate and might have missed Tate for TD at one point (no QB makes every read every time). Otherwise, I thought his play was awesome. Continues to be awesome, really. I LOVE what Wilson has been showing us as a dual threat QB the past 3 games. LOVE it.

Stats don't tell the whole story. We were sloppy. 5 fumbles. That doesn't cut it in the NFL.

Apparently it does cut it, because they won.

Happy for the win, but I hope the coaching staff isn't as forgiving towards the many bone-headed plays as this board. Sidney Rice, Jeremy Lane, Marshawn, and Chris Maragos all made potentially game-altering mistakes.

People were ragging on Russell Wilson? He played some excellent football today. Missed on a pass or two, but he was evading whatever pass rush there was, extending plays, and getting the ball downfield.

I was seeing nothing but praise for him in the game forum.

There was a crowd of three or four who popped out of nowhere to rag on Wilson after three incompletions or so. You know how it is - there's always someone with the opposite opinion just waiting for justification to chime in.

Jeremy lane made game costing mistakes?
I missed that, I thought he was pretty dope on special teams.
Its not like he head butted someone out of bounds, or was constantly beat on his coverage(Browner).

Absolutely, AND, this wasn't a display of Super Bowl contender play today either.
