I know you guys will give me flack for this, but my honest assessment of your team thus far is they resemble the Niners team from two years ago. Great D and and offense that is good enough. I haven't seen too much from your offense so far (and no, the JAC game doesn't count), but your D is playing lights out. Your offense is doing enough, and coming up in some big spots when needed.

Now, I am not saying your offense is going to continue to be like this. They did show the ability to score a lot late last year. Remains to be seen. I am really interested to see how your game @ Indy is this weekend.

Except Alex Smith isn't the Magician, Russell Wilson, is as a scrambler or creating plays.

Gore is good but no he's no Beast Mode. Lynch could get 1800+ yards behind your O-line.

Seahawks aren't as reliant on Rice and Miller in the passing game as Crabtree and Davis are.

And Golden Tate is a better receiver/returner than Kyle Williams will ever dream of becoming.

Not that I don't believe....but do you see Richard Sherman as our Ray Lewis? He might be....your thoughts?

As for the Lambs and the Aints? Both are DEADMEAT given it's MNF....look it up. At least we get TWO MNF games, a poor substitute for 5 10am games but I will take it.:)

Oh I love this. "Shoeless Dick." If nicknames are a trend here this is definitely the best!!

The best nicknames aren't thought up, they just happen.

Ray Lewis is one of the best defensive players of all time. If Shoeless Dick = Ray Lewis then I'm a-ok with that!
Ray pretty much killed a guy and got away with it. Sherman only "allegedly" took some prescription meds and got away with it. Completely different players.

Wow, maybe the Texans were our New York Jets.

The Ravens D in that game allowed 524 yards but forced 6 turnovers into allowing only 20 points.

I wonder if its why the Seahawks played more zone against the Texans, to force more passing, but have more chances in creating turnovers. However, when you play with fire sometimes you get burned.

Seahawks should just stick to what they do best.

It's exactly the complaint 49ers fans had after they played the Colts (and after the superbowl for that matter). They got out of their typical smash-mouth game. They stopped running the ball by the 4th quarter (partly because they were down, but we really were shutting it down), Kaepernick wasn't very accurate from the pocket, and the rest is history. I'm with you. Stick to what you know because mistakes happen when you try to get cute and in a game like this where it's really anybody's game, mistakes will make all the difference when it's all said and done.

You have no idea how many people Sherman's killed. Look at Aaron Hernandez; a year ago, we all assumed it was zero. Wrongo.
