That whole scenario was more than a little wacky. I know all's well that ends well, but that could have been pivotal. The side judge seemed convinced he was down inbounds. I'd like to see a good replay.

I thought he was in bounds. His knee hit inbounds then rolled out of bounds

It was close. Because the refs called it inbounds and the Lambs only had on TO left, McVay decided it was not worth the risk to challenge. I doubt if it would have been overturned.
