Vegas Line Creeping Down

Don't really like what Vegas is doing with our game. Majority of the money is on Seattle. Seattle opened as a TD favorite, down to only -6 today.

Not sure I blame anyone for taking the Bills plus 7. Our offense is struggling and they have a very solid defense. I expect a close and a low scoring game.

Exactly. 7 points with the way our offense is playing is not going to cut it against a good defensive team like the Bills. We may in fact cover that, but I wouldn't bet on it personally, and apparently the gamblers are somewhat in agreement.

The Bills defense is a bit overrated. Average DVOA. I think it's because their defense is behaving like the Jets' defense right now - great up front, secondary not living up to their star billing. Kaepernick and Fitzpatrick both torched them.

I expect Wilson and Bevell will pay them less respect than they did to the Cards and Saints' defenses and take some jump shots towards Graham and Baldwin. That's part of why our offense has fallen off - Bevell goes into pillbug mode against defense that are strong through and through.

Our big issue right now is with team's with a strong pass rush. Wilson's lack of mobility is killing us against these types of teams. If the line can give him a little time, or if he's able to move around better than he has thus far this season, then we should have no problem, but if the line plays as it has and Wilson struggles with his mobility as he has, then it could be a tough day for the offense once again. Those, IMO are some pretty big ifs. Which is why I think the game may very well be a close one (at least closer than it should be)

Right, which means the money right now is going on the Bills........so they're lowering it to get more money on the Hawks.

This means this game might be closer than we'd like if the hardcore degenerate gamblers are putting their money on the Bills today.

The Bills defense is ranked 25th in the league vs. the run giving up just shy of 119 ypg. That's 10 ypg worse than the Saints, whom we ran on, but inexplicably gave up the run.

You don't want to deal with the pass rush ? Run right at the pass rushers. Wear them down, tired them out.

Keep your defense off the field, as Buffalo wants to run a lot as well.

Hey guys, first post here but have been religiously following the forum almost everyday for a couple of years now.

On the subject of the Vegas line, the public money may be on our Seahawks however the 'sharp' money is on the Bills +7/+6.5 which is the reason why the line is coming in.

For what it's worth I think we hold Bills to around 10-13 points today whilst getting two TD's ourselves and perhaps 2/3 field goals. 20-13 Seahawks. Game doesn't start until 1-35 a m here so I am hoping we win and it is worth the 3 hour sleep I will get haha
