Can we have a useless stats thread? I find myself looking at them more and more but some strike me as interesting while being entirely arbitrary at times.

For example:

Russell Wilson leads the league in yardage for passes of 20+ yards with 3 or fewer yards to go with 160 yards on 4 passes.

In 3rd or 4th and 3 (or less) Zack Miller has 4 receptions for 70 yards and 2 TDs (should be 3 but he's slow).

He actually got that TD 2 plays later with a 2 yard pass from Wilson.

It was funny watching him run, made me think of Matty. It was obvious he was the slowest player on the field. lol

Now stop this stat crap or we're going to condemn you to the fantasy forum.

Here's one...Max Unger has never intercepted the ball in his career.

Highest Return on investment per touchdown in league history. Just a guess.

I don't know, this stat is all right:

11-1

Or is that considered a "standing"?

I wish you had started this earlier. This is a much better place for this than the other thread. Sorry for double posting, but it just seems very appropriate. :)

For kicks I thought I'd look at a different stat than what I've read. I took all the games the Hawks have played on the road and all the games the 9er's have played at home and totaled Points For and Points Allowed.

9er's
139 For, 101 allowed
Hawks
144 For, 102 Allowed

This indicates an easy win by 4 points for the Hawks on Sunday.

All kidding aside I was quite surprised it was this close. Going to be a great game.

Don't forget some of the more difficult teams we played away while they played at home. Colts for example.
