If he would've laid off a couple of those pitches, they would've started throwing him strikes. Those were intentional because everyone knows Julio can't lay off pitches that are low or low and away. They weren't going to walk him there.

Horrible move. Polanco is now hitting under .140 since April and his average continues to plunge. He's as cold as it gets. I can't imagine why they would put him in with a chance to win in the bottom of the 9th.

I enjoy the game and root for players - but I don't root for the team to win.

I've tried a couple times to follow another MLB team but it never worked. I was born and raised near Seattle so I'll stick to my roots.

Snider kind of makes up for his meltdown the other day, by at least not allowing any runs in extras.

Cole Young gets called up and makes a big difference in his first game. 1st hit and 1st RBI in a walkoff FC play.

Oh, and Fox blows. Spent the entire top of the 2d inning talking to a Twins pitcher and not following the game. I had to mute it.

Missed that. Didn't get home and get the game on until a little after 5. From what I saw, they were awfully complimentary of a lot of players on both teams. They spent practically an entire inning gushing over Cal.

They should have thrown Garver out at 3rd on the bunt. He was maybe half way there when they threw to 1st. He cant hit and he's a slug, what's not to like.
