First I just want to say, I love this team. I really love the L.O.B., but even more, I love Russell Wilson. I shied away from professing my love to him as he had work to do today, and he did work.



I hate Brady Quinn, just off practice itself.

Doug Baldwin is a quick summamabish, and Cooper Helfet had some really nice grabs today, Luke Willson was in a red shirt today

Red Bryant looks like he's trimmed down some, and as does Lynch. Bruce has moves too, a punt got away from the ST drills early in practice, Bruce caught it and ran it back a little bit, kinda cool, he is a lot bigger too.



The Legion of Boom, hell the whole secondary is made up of a bunch of competitive dudes, they literally gave the receivers NO breathing room.





I'd be more in depth but my ADHD kicked in so much today, I couldn't just sit and watch and focus on players.

Nah, if you're on the hill where everyone watches from facing the field, and you walk the opposite direction of the VMAC, he went down and around to the far end of the field; they have barricades up that you can stay behind down there. I saw some groups there on Saturday, too.
