Quick thoughts as my daughter and I were in section 300 for the Vikings' game (very cool angle to watch the game):

* Could see early on that Vikings' D Line was a problem for our O Line. Lots of poor gap management and just missing schemes that were noticeable from where we sat.

* Thank you to their coaching for going on 4th and 2 when a FG to tie made every football sense in the world. We had a great view of the QB falling and the INT for a pick six.

* Vikings' fans were everywhere in the 300 section with their stupid SKOL chant but after that INT, they were quiet most of the game (Except for one guy way above us who just insisted in yelling the entire game).

* Big Brother / Amazing Race brothers Jag and Jas Bains sat in our section. Super cool guys and they are huge Seahawks' fans. They were very gracious with all the fans who wanted pictures with them.

* Been to three games this year and this was the loudest one of the three. Excellent fan noise, drowning out those pesky Viking fans.

* Totally fun crowd moment with the boos when Seahawks were going to kick a FG and then they called a TO and the cheers for going for it on 4th down. Led to a TD and that was all she wrote. Game over.

Tons of Vikings fan in 148 too. A lot of purple at the game and in the streets,

Defense was hungry yesterday!

I'm glad all those Minnesota Somali pirate fans got to experience Seattle football.
Ha! Yeah, the Viking fan in front of us was flipping off everyone for the first quarter or so. He got real quiet and just sat down the rest of the game. To his credit, he and his other Vikings' friends stayed until the very end.

Vikes fans are pretty cool. It certainly wasn't some kind of Viking invasion though. They've had a lot more fans there in previous trips to Seattle. The purple just really stands out. Walking around before and after, and inside the stadium, w/out a doubt the least amount of Vikes fans I've seen in several years.
