This is just a flat-out terrible take. It's not even remotely close to the reality of the situation, even in this game.
I thought after Geno led the league in game winning drives last season and set the NFL record for go ahead touchdown passes in 4th quarter or overtime, people would stop trotting out the "just not able to win games" canard because it's so obviously not based on anything in reality, but I guess not.
In this game, he hurt us. Yeah. So did Shenault. So did DK. But those three guys all also had big time plays to make up for it and kept us in the game. Saying a QB can't win who literally brought us back into the thick of it MULTIPLE times (like, seriously, are we just ignoring the two scoring drives at the end of the game that he led?) takes a level of disconnect that I'm not capable of understanding. Dude could have EASILY chucked the game in the bin after the second INT but didn't.
Meanwhile, our defense lets three backup RBs for 200+ yards. They put up almost double the league average in rushing yards on us.
Our lead RB behind this O-Line had 14 carries for 32 yards. That's not even half of league average yards per carry.
