Okung, Thomas, Irvin all have really sucked butt, we get you, Seahawks Front office can't compare to the 49ers, best go back to the Webstoned.

Can't Imagine why the Raiders would even have signed Irvin since he was so bad and such a Bust.

I said 2013 draft, and defense....it's all there for you to see.

Don't go back to 2010 and make it offense and defense.... :stirthepot:

Lazy, very lazy debating. You feel the home field advantage should be enough to dismiss Baalke as anything but total garbage just because you say so.

It's all or nothing here.......people are either amazing or garbage. Nobody can ever be a 7 or 8 out of 10.

He's good but overrated a bit. His first round picks (whenever he's had a first round pick) haven't been all that noteworthy. Is Bruce Irvin the pinnacle of first rounders? Because these trades for Harvin and Jimmy Graham weren't exactly groundbreaking.

Show me where it says 2013? It is all there for everyone to see, back peddle or back stroke back that ass up as fast as you can.

I hated Ruskell long before most cuz I really felt he was slowly allowing a Super Bowl team to crumble.
Always said Kaep was an amazing athlete. Still believe that. He's just not an NFL caliber QB.
Always despised Hardouche's sudeline antics but always respected Harbaugh greatly as a football coach.

There's a fine line between calling it as you see it and being a constant whiner.

You can't expect a fan of a team ....a REAL fan....to be so quick to dismiss leadership, coaching staff, players. That's the job of rival fans to do.

Baalke being a s**** GM is starting to become more real, almost undeniable. You try and look for excuses and there's not a whole lot right now. Anthony Davis is a POS for being a whiner and a quitter BUT at the same time I don't think his comments about Baalke are unfounded.

Hawk fans have been hating on Baalke since this rivalry took off in 2012. At that time Baalke was actually decent, keeping the team in tact, doing the subtle things to make the team strong in 2011-2013. I think his biggest mistake beyond not drafting for more immediate need (and taking risky projects) was not pulling an Elway to get a Desean Jackson type or another FA that would have benefited the 49er/Kap offensive style -- Torrey Smith was too little too late.

Hawk fans were hating on Baalke before the Harbaugh/FO rift ever became public. Baalke being a rift driver is a far bigger sin than his talent acquisition IMO.

And for the record, I've also said that Hawk fans have been hating on Harbaugh too since day 1. They would pin him as a decent but not great coach (not as good as Pete Carroll), who somehow magically is now viewed as "better than we thought". Greg Roman is seen as some QB whisperer while producing the same lopsided run/passing ranks in Buffalo.

Just like the 49er roster itself, 2011-2013. A bunch of over the hill, average players that couldn't compete with the Hawk youth.

The only instance where Hawk fans never flip flopped or changed opinion was on Kaepernick. The hate has been present since the very beginning. Maybe he was off limits as a backup but once he became starter, he always sucked.

Ok so a question. Is the first part of the stated paragraph directed at me? You know a fine line of being a winner or calling it like you see it. And not being a real fan of a team just because I'm hard on the leadership.

The "adopt a Niner fan" love you get around here could put you on notice, haha.....but to my knowledge you weren't jumping ship in the early Harbaugh days. If you were, you were either a super Niner insider or just not a real Niner fan, all in my humble opinion of course....

You've accurately predicted the Tomsula era forward, but that wasn't quite the same as predicting the 49ers were going to be a great team in September 2011. But over here on .NET, taking an assertive bash 49er stance will endear you very quickly.

Only a real Niner fan believed this team was a serious post season threat in any part of 2011.......after the AZ loss there were doubts, but after beating Pittsburgh, Seattle and St Louis to close the season I knew this was a real team for some time to come. There probably were Niner fans that had to wait until they beat Green Bay and Detroit to start the 2012 season to feel they were legit.

I know many non Niner fans didn't think of the 49ers as an "elite" team until midway through 2012 if not deep that season.

The Seahawks in 2012 rose through national eyes a lot faster, probably because nobody outside the NFC West noticed the way they finished 2011.

Moral of the story:

Super fans believe in the team before others do when they are legit and defend them a bit too much when they are on the decline. I guess that's the definition of a homer.

Ok well then since the niners fans that couldn't predict greatness are not fans. And I guess since lately I bash the front office I'm not a fan. And damn man thank god for the Hawks fans adopting me. I felt lonely and needed love. I'm sorry I'm not a blind douche. I am passionate about my team. But I'm not a blind homer.
Balke screwed this thing up along with his good kid Jed. His drafts have been pathetic at best. His constant bs is turning heads and not Ina good way. I was a niner fan through the 10 years of suck and guess what. This is different. Back stabbing the leaks etc. players in the suck years still wanted to play for the niners. But now no way. Why do you think that is? It's because our front office is a bunch of liars and should have been politicians. But ya dude I'm not a niner fan. Whatever

A mix up of me talking about Borland and Lynch as 3rd , 4th, 5th rounders that are/were really good. I said defensively Baalke has been better since 2013, and there's no changing that part from me unless Frank Clark turns into the next Reggie White.

But ok, we can play this any way you want.....no need for back pedaling:

Earl Thomas - an amazing player, but also a very high pick. Same year SF picks up two top OL who put in good years of service for the team. Ok, I'll give this one to you since Thomas is still on the team.

Okung - His greatness depends on the thread. Naturally he's awesome for this particular discussion but his worth in free agency a few months ago tells a different story. Another high pick.

Irvin - A good player picked in the first round, perhaps overdrafted. A redraft would have Wagner ahead of him, and Wilson too as much as I hate to admit it. But he's off the team.......so you decide whether that matters or not (think of Aldon Smith, Chris Culliver, Michael Crabtree and a slew of other Niners playing for other teams).

The comment was made regarding trading 1st rounders for other players..........Percy Harvin, Jimmy Graham. On other offenses these moves might have made sense but not Seattle. You let me know if you wish to continue on these particular two......two guys who were supposed to make the Hawk offense practically unstoppable just by their additions.

You see, you come over to the Zone and the worst thing John Schneider would ever get is "overrated". Not garbage, POS, etc. Even legitimately bad FO execs and coaches rarely get called out as terrible as anything 49er gets called out over here.

We rate players on a scale of 1-10..........not so much Great/Terrible.

There is no real subjective strength/weakness analysis on how good Russell Wilson, LOB, Carroll, Schneider really are. It's most of the time, "they're so awesome, we're lucky to have them....other teams wish they had them" and that's it. You either believe Wilson is this unbelievable QB or he's not........no real fine analysis of his strengths and weaknesses, just that he wins games, and would do so in any situation and any team.

Such counterparts evaluated by Niner fans of their own players are way more nuanced.....in 2012 it certainly wasn't "Kap/Bowman/Willis/Aldon Smith/Justin Smith/Harbaugh/baalke are the greatest combo ever!!". You had guys questioning Patrick Willis because he wasn't QUITE the monster he was in 2009. Still probably top 2-3 LB in the league in 2011-2013, and top 5-6 in 2014, but if he was a Seahawk he would have been untouchable till the end.

I come here to actually get some unique perspective, believe it or not. The fact that the 49ers were the most winning team in the league from 2011-2013 means they had to have some well above average combination of GM, HC and talent, but that much never quite was acknowledged here.

A 2015 Seahawks would be considered better on here by most than any of those Niner teams.

Fact.

Naw, sounds like you come over here to bitch and moan about Hawks fans on our board that are making fun of your crumbling franchise. If you expected different, then that's a real naive mindset. Your song and dance is getting old, this isn't the webzone, you may want to start to realize that fact.

Enjoy the niners rebuild, we will! :th2thumbs: :D

Ninester been a little salty as of late or am I off base?

By the way... even if Baalke were the better drafting GM, it doesn't matter much if everyone he drafts just wants the hell out of that shitty organization.

Baalke is absolute sh!t and I cannot believe there are 49er fans defending him. Did you not see the recent article that shows the 49ers near the very bottom in draft production lately? Or that ENTIRE DRAFT Baalke missed on in 2012? He is a below .500 drafter, and that is why the 49ers have sucked the last two seasons. Had he drafted more impact players and less injured players, they might have a chance.

Buckner was a good pick, but it was an OBVIOUS one. How many 4th round wrs or cbs who hardly contribute is he going to waste picks on? How many 6th and 7th round picks is he going to acquire in exchange for higher but fewer picks, and how many of those have worked out?

He's TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible. Worthless.

Takes a special kind of POS to do something like this. If true, I hope he gets a looooong prison sentence.

Not gonna bite on this one. Sounds like it might be a shakedown.

And if that's the case I'd love to see the people who perpetrated the shakedown do time.

Why the hell do we care about the fourth best team in the division? Seriously until they get an actual quarterback they're borked.

On a completely different topic I can't wait to destroy Chip Kelly and his stupid uptempo offense. You ever figure why Krappernick is desperate to be anywhere but San Francisco? Bad mix boys very bad mix given this division is all about defense, ball control and power in the end.

Arians though I dislike him gets it and even Fischer has a clue. Kelly? God help him.

Surprises me as I've actually met Dana. I don't know the details and I hope he's not guilty as I'd hate to think anyone, let alone a former 49er would do something like that.

If he IS guilty tho...I say castrate him. Not cool.

I seriously question this. Dana apparently has been very accommodating from what I have read and he passed a lie detector test so things just look funny to me.

I would like to know what they mean by disabled. Is she mentally challenged? Or are we talking about a smokin hot babe with flat feet. Just saying disabled draws a pretty bad picture.

Also Dana says it was consensual. Seems if it wasn't it would be obvious and I doubt he would be taking polygraghs.

Interesting for sure though but I'll wait to pass judgement until more is known.

From what I've heard the term they are using is "mentally disabled". I have no idea what that means. I don't know if that means she has Downs Syndrome or just has a low IQ. No Clue.

I just read a few minutes ago that he's about to give a press conference so sounds like he's not hiding at all.

Hope its not true, but we shall see.

EDIT: Now saying "“developmentally delayed”

So she's a blonde?

Again, sounds bad but is it something that's obvious? Or are we talking about she was in the slow learning class?

If it is obvious and he just took advantage of it, he should get fried but not always that easy to tell.

You may be right...
