Being a long time Washington resident and for the past 22 yrs living out of state, I sure miss the feeling when the Seattle teams are doing well and the community is backing and supporting them. I don't think there are better fans in the world than Seattle fans, and most of us diehards have been through years and years of losing and not so great seasons but hey, they are OUR team and we stick with them through thick and thin.

Are there any other Wa natives that moved out and still miss the feeling?

I am- had to move out back in 94 for work. Curious fan since the beginning and diehard fan since 81. No matter which state I have lived in I always seem to find 1 other fan. Cant wait to move back home and get season tickets.

Im living in CA and will most likely be moving back after next season. I am so mad that Im not there during this time frame. However, I have met numerous die hard hawks fans down here in my podunk town. Its pretty awesome to see so many coming out of the caves in hostile territory.

I'm a Washington native. Born and raised in Bellingham. Moved to Los Angeles in 1987. Miss the whole thing, the city, the rain, the clean air, the green trees and yes the fans!

Been away for over 28 years. Miss it a lot. I remember how awesome it was during the Sonic championship and the 83 Hawk run to the AFCC game. I was completely out of the country during XL watching the game on AFN in Germany. The last Hawk game I attended in person was in the Kingdome. I miss the crowd roar on game day but also the excitement in town on the build up during the week.

I will be up in Seattle Feb 1st -Feb 4th.. If the greatest team ever has made the Super Bowl, do you think they will open up the Clink for a huge viewing party?

I was away for a long, long time before moving back after retiring from the Navy. I was away for some pretty thin times, and with almost zero coverage, before the age of the Internet, it was almost impossible to see anything 'Hawks. Man, it's good to be back!
