I went to Hawk games in the Dome but moved well before the Clink came along.
I know some of you have been in both..Which one was the loudest? The house where the 12th man was born and concrete fell or the Clink where Beast caused a mini quake?

There were times when the Kingdome was ear bleeding loud. Went to my first game in 79 (started watching in 76) I'd say the Clink is louder though, to the point of having ringing ears the next afternoon when you go to a game on a Sunday.

There's a different mindset by the crowd now. Fans that come to the game are expecting to contribute in our new way. The Kingdome was loud, and people were proud of that - but I don't think they embraced it like they do now.

Honestly? CLink. I spent 5 years going to games in the Kingdome in the mid-to-late 90's and have been to nearly every home game since the new stadium was built and it's louder. I wouldn't say by much, but it is louder to me.

Gonna be fun watching Peyton try to deal with the crowd noise at the CLink next year. Seriously they may as well just send in a forfeit at this point.

The mid-to-late '90s weren't exactly the peak of the Seahawks' Kingdome era. It was very loud in the early '80s during the Chuck Knox era when the NFL tried to implement crowd noise rules aimed directly at the Seahawks. They didn't work.

I think the Clink is louder but that may just be due to fading memories. I do think that fans take their responsibilities more seriously now than even in 2005 when the Giants got 11 false starts and the 12th Man phenomenon first started gaining notoriety in the national media.

True, I admit I was not in attendance for the glory years of the 80's but there were some MNF games with a packed house of rabid 12's that I witnessed in the late 90's and I'm sure the noise level was the same then as it was in the 80's. Still, very, very loud.
