Browns would be stupid to do that...Guessing they are going to try and trade for the 2nd overall pick which the Rams have and draft a QB.

Great idea, and give the Rams 3 first round picks.

Why? They could get an equal or better QB with their draft pick. It doesn't matter what they do until their ownership gets serious about wanting to build a team. They haven't done a good job of managing players or coaches there.
