I’d be shocked if Kubiak is our OC next season. Guy seems oblivious to what’s going on.

I'm willing to give KK some more rope to work with. It's only game two with these players in a brand-new offense. They are trying to iron things out. Game one game plan was bad all around; game two was much better in the second half.

I just need to see more of the "physical" identity that they've been talking about all offseason. We got little flashes of that, so hopefully it will continue on Sunday.

What about that bonehead decision (in my opinion) to go for it on 4th and 1...WITH A PASS PLAY?

That resulted in the 2nd INT.

We had success doing the "grunge plunge"(our version of the Tush Push) so why not go back to it again?

OR if not, give it to Charbonet who can at least get us that tough 1-yard or Walker (who was on-fire)?

Bad decision by Kubiak.

Even if Sam converted here, it would've been a very questionable playcall at best.
Maybe Kubiak was channeling the ghost of Darrell Bevell--"They'll never see this coming!"

Pitt looks to be a very physical team and the Seahawks out-physicaled them. Yeah, not really a word, but so what. Reminds me of, IIRC, 2011 in Giants stadium when the Hawks said, "These are not your father's "finesse" Seahawks" by smacking down the eventual SB champ Giants and then went on to subsequently smack down the Ravens who won the SB the next year. Beating a physical Stealers team on the road is a great sign as this year's Hawks establish their identity and show they can slug it out toe-to-toe with anyone this year.

Now, to take down the 49ers. I bet Abe Lucas doesn't get pushed back into Darnold again.

He won't because he'll have help (aka MacDonald and Kubiak make sure Bosa gets his stupid ass DOUBLED)

It was a shocker to see that happen to Lucas. Thought Bosa was more speed than power, but clearly he has both, and fitness, to make that play late in the 4th qtr. Let's have Ouzts double on Bosa a few times :)

Kubiak is a good OC. He can’t control fumbles they should be 2-0. Kupp dropped an easy slant he catches 99 out of a hundred times and they win the 49er game. Woolen intercepts a ball in his hands or bats it to a teammate and they win and we’re singing a different tune. I like Kubiak the offense had 18 plays over 12 yards last week they just need to clean up the little things.

I suspect he will get better, but with the history of OC's here in Seattle, I'll hold out too much praise for now.
