Wasn't expecting a lot from Mitch tonight, as first game back in the bigs. The other guys should be doing better, though. Weak ass shit. Looks like they're trying too hard, swinging for the fences when they should just be trying to make contact. Pop-ups and weak ground balls. Frustrating to watch.

I like Lewis but M's are 7-8 with him and he has a negative WAR. Once Julio is back they should start Winker and Haggerdy again. Kelenic and Lewis may not even be needed this season. Then have Haniger and Santana DH.

🤦‍♂️ Winker, Julio, Hanniger. Lewis and JK can platoon/rotate/DH. On second thought, option JK back to Tacoma til we can find a sucker team to dump him on. Right now, I'd rather have Toro back up than JK.

E6 loads em up with Ohtani at bat. Yeah, we're toast. Got away with a simple sac fly.

I think it’s likely Lewis will get sent to Tacoma once Julio or Moore come back. He is really struggling. It’s sad, but he might be done, too many injuries.

I don’t even know what to think of Kelenic. I wish we could have moved him along with someone else for a bat who can help us now. I’m just not sure how teams value him, probably high risk high reward.

Haggerty is making a strong case for more playing time.

M. Gonzales(6-11, 3.95 ERA)T. Davidson(1-2, 6.46 ERA)
Hate to pick out individual games as critical, but we gotta win this one. Hay-soos-a-christo we need some runs scored.

Well, a clean first inning for Marco. Good start. Let's see if the bats wake up.

Will we have Haniger for the reminder of the season, or does he have another date with the DL?

At what point does Haggerty make a case for playing almost every day?

If the Mariners use the Pete Carroll theory of competition, he should be way ahead of Lewis, JK and even Winker. The kid plays amazing defense, can steal bases and continues to hit.
