Hey it happens! Schneider has a way of finding overlooked people needing a fresh start
Noah Igbinoghene (Auburn) was a 2020 NFL Draft prospect recognized for his elite athleticism and speed, drafted 30th overall by the Miami Dolphins. A converted wide receiver with only two years of cornerback experience at the time of the draft, he was considered raw but highly athletic with excellent press-man coverage potential.

Weaknesses
  • Raw Technique: Limited experience at corner led to inconsistent coverage instincts.
  • Ball Skills: Struggled to locate the ball in the air, resulting in pass interference penalties.
  • Technical Refinement: Often relied on speed to recover rather than sound technique.

Draft Projection
Igbinoghene was widely considered a second-round talent who landed in the first round due to his high ceiling and athleticism. His ability to play in the slot and outside made him a versatile addition to a secondary, despite needing development.

I'm not gonna try to pronounce his name. Sort of looks like a mix between Emmanwori and Njigba. I already like the kid.

I wonder if he can play safety? Bryant was basically a bust until Macdonald moved him to safety. Maybe they think they can do the same here?

Rooting for the player to show enough in training camp to make the 2026 roster but dreading the inevitable range of creative spellings of his name on this site. Can we just decide to call him "Iggy"?

Yep...especially when there are many on here that can't even get our coach's name spelt right. ;)

I'm not judging one way or the other, but he was a free agent signing so that potentially negates a 27 comp pick, correct?
