It's about the deep threat. He isn't a good WR overall but he is very fast and can block.
He cost nothing too (in terms of cap space). This is a good signing.

I like it. He was on the Saints last year after all their injuries. Very limited playing but he was great the games he played though.

This is actually pretty generous. He's had less than 5 TD's every year of his career except 1. He's averaged 3 TD's per season for his career.

MVS is solid, scrappy and deceptively fast in the open field. MVS with JSN makes for a nice 1-2 combo and with Bobo as the third that is a strong 1-2-3 trio. The one main issue with the current WRs is that you really need a big guy to win jump balls downfield and that is not on the roster right now. That is why people are saying Higgins in many threads on the draft forums and on the main forums.
