so basically saying your right and there wrong doesnt somehow make you the expert? just checking. take the opinion for whats its worth. theres a reason he was like the 50th choice.
do you read what your write before you hit "Post reply"? If so, you need to add "What light does this paint me in?" to your mental checklist.

@classicaaron chill out, stop being so negative about everything with this off season already. while we appreciate and value everyone's perspectives, input and opinions.. the constant negativity will just end in you being shown the door, either temporarily or permanently. This dude hasnt even been inserted into our scheme here (none of our own players have with the new OC) so no one knows how this will work out other than its a cheap deal which isnt a loss for us. But regardless of all that, just step back from that ledge some.
But...but...he's the most entertainment I've had today.

Le'Veon Bell (4.60), Kareem Hunt (4.62), Arian Foster (4.69), and Charbs (4.53).

- all these guys fizzled out - Charbs is TBD. and they at least had a start. Wilson hasnt even had a start
All fizzled out? Do you follow football? Do you recognize those names? Hate to tell ya', K9 & Bijan will fizzle out someday as well.

Wilson made his first career NFL start in Week 12 of the 2025 season against the Minnesota Vikings, rushing for 107 yards and two touchdowns on 28 carries. He also started the 2025 regular-season finale, ultimately starting multiple games while filling in for injured teammates.

I was gonna look up more stats, but I think I'm gonna sit back and watch.

Umm no. Dude looks slow, like TJ Duckett slow, and won't break outside contain the way K9 consistently did for us...
I was talking about Price, not Wilson, as far as the comparison to K9.

Low mileage…good back.

I don’t think folks consider how much the O-line factors into a RBs game sometimes.

Our line started to gel as the season progressed. They looked incredible in the playoffs.

Coincidentally (or not), K-9 had one of the best 3-4 games a RB could have.

There ARE special RBs out there…not saying you can throw just anybody back there…but, I’d rather use that $$ in the trenches and ensure we keep the four irreplaceable(s) around…

I saw on one of EW's highlight reels he hit a 80 yard run? Imo his top end speed looked good.Number 40 for Cincy was CB Micah Abraham who ran a 4.43 at his pro day.🤙🏼

That is an impressive run. Too bad Abraham had a torn ACL and broken ankle, or he would have dropped him for a 4-5 yd gain. Only explaination to let a 50th choice turtle blast by him.

Yup, this is exactly right. Which is why the NFL pays RB less than other positions. I will add that RB is also an extremely taxing position, which shortens the amount of years they can perform at top level. This is another reason the NFL doesn't value RB as high as other positions. Special RB's are rare, and a luxury. The best approach for sustained winning seems to be exactly how Schneider has been playing it. Churn the position and keep adding young fresh legs and let aging guys that aren't the most "elite of the elite" go spending that money elsewhere.

DUDE. Are you going to create a quote that I NEVER ACTUALLY SAID??? How pathetic. I NEVER said that. You can go ahead and Piss off.

That type of stuff (making up quotes that people never said) is grounds for the heave-ho maneuver.

He gives me TJ Duckett vibes. Big, stays low to the ground and secures the ball. Duckett's last year he had only 175 yards but 8 touchdowns. If he is used as a short yardage guy, that could be fun

Looks like a great back to pair with Jadarian Price. Solid 2 back system to allow Charbs to get 100% healthy.

Don't ignore the fact that Breece Hall is still potentially available. JS let Chiefs set the market now he knows the dollars. Wouldn't put it by him to make a deal around draft time.

I think this is a good pickup. Considering what's out there; he's probably the best we could have done. Will probably add another RB in the draft and then see how they do in summer camp. I'm not sure what some posters were expecting, there are only so many Saquan Barkleys in the world...

I think Schneider decided to gamble on cheap. It’s fine. Cheap may not necessarily be bad. The odd is just harder.

Dont get all upset because that’s all I am pointing out.

Agreed. Look at Denver in the 90’s. My mom could get 1200 behind that line.
