Damn. He just TRUCKED that guy in the 2nd vid.

BTW, that -19 yard thing...did that happen in the same game that he had these positive plays you put up?

If so, then that's just one god-awful moment.

I doubt he had many of those.
I think it's different. The Vikings are playing in different colored jerseys.

Great pickup…fits the play style we are trying to run and a placeholder till Charbs gets back. I really think they are targeting Jadarian Price either with their #32 or trade back if they can and still get him. Similar traits to K9 at a fraction of the cost.

Hello everyone,

i just have to share my thoughts on the current situation. i know everyone is entitled to their opinion, and i accept and respect all opinions. But no matter what happens, theres so much crying. You cry even more than we German soccer fans, and i thought that wasnt even possible.

Its more than obvious that JS loves the 2027 NFL Draft. Dont you find it strange that the two best draft GMs of recent years (Howie Roseman and JS) are collecting their picks for 2027? With comp. picks, they both have 12, I repeat, 12 picks!

Im almost 99% sure we would have taken Allgeier for that money, but he would have cost us a 4th/5th round pick.

With Emanuel Wilson we wont lose any of this comp picks.

I watched Emanuel Wilson extensively last season (partly because of Fantasy Manager). He is a more than solid RB who has similar strengths to Charbonnet, but what i like the most about him is his ball security. He had 250 carries in 3 seasons and only one fumble (which he didnt even lose) for $2 million a year? I will take it immediately! I suspect that with all the draft picks, we will completely replace the running back room this year, or next year at the latest.

Greetings from Germany! <3

Allgeier signed for next to nothing in regards to what it'll draw as a comp pick. Couldn't have liked him THAT much if we didn't do it (and let him go to a division rival at that) over like a pick at the end of the sixth round two drafts from now.

I think people WAY overrate how much comp picks play into these decisions.

Moin! Geil post from our friend across the water...I think this signing is Prima! I have had this guy as a plug option in FFB and can't believe he is only 26 years old. Call me irre but at the end of the day this may be one of the most impactful signings of the offseason. There are besserwiesrs that are going to moan over this but getting him without giving up a comp pick helps set us up nicely to have a huge 2027 draft while adding what I legitimately think will be our #1 option at RB until Charbs returns. John Schneideder isn't bescheuret...that's for sure!

I really thought that we would target Allgeier as well and was surprised we didn't get him for the contract he signed with AZ but a 1 year 2Mil contract is quite a bit different than a 2 year 12.5 mil deal plus losing that comp pick.

Not sure what the rest of you are seeing and with the comments. Dude ran a 4.57 40 which is slower than the 4.49 average, so yes he is slow. None of the "highlights" did he actually do anything besides hit the hole that was there. No wiggle, no downfield vision. His long last year was 15 yards. That is not a sign of a good running back. Sure he got through the hole for 4 or 5 yards and got tackled. Shouldnt any running back in the league be able to do this? That shouldnt be a highlight reel. Theres a reason he went to fort valley state, theres a reason hes only 2 million a year. Love how people mocked Walkers production and how he can only be a split back but are praising this guy for gaining 1,000 yards in 3 seasons. Walker had more highlights in any single playoff game than this guy has in his career. Not saying the contract value difference shouldnt be factored in but if your looking at pure production only and looking to replace what they lost for a chance to repeat theres no chance this guy can carry that load. I can guarantee by week 3 or 4 all will be crying about how good the offense could be if we only had a running game. Then JS will have to make a midseason trade to get someone.

Not that they always get the drafts prospects right but there are spot on so far. Bottom of the roster candidate, hes been just that.

Now, if this is just a stab in the dark and tryout spot then thats fine. Maybe the big plan is to get someone after roster cuts, to make a trade, or to hit in the draft. That would all be fine. But if this is expected to be the guy they are in trouble. And note, ive been a big fan of everything else they have done in free agency to this point.
