Justin Outten. I haven't researched him yet so I know nothing about him. We didn't have a run game specialist last year so I feel this is a positive. I hope someone can bring more insight about his background

From what I can tell is it looks like he has done middle of the pack with a bottom of the league line so that's a win. We will be addressing the O line in a major way this offseason so this could be potentially very good.

Interesting. I guess it's a good sign that Outten doesn't have a problem coming to work under Kubiak after he was passed for play calling duties in Denver to Kubiak, who was technically under him at the time.

It's always tough to judge an assistant coach, because the results are always so tied to the actual OC and HC and Outten's only run as an OC, he wasn't really calling the shots.

More guys with experience working with Kubiak and at the NFL level in general, though. Such a big difference to our last two OCs.
