I’m starting to believe John Snyder is afraid to pick in the first round.

Who's John Snyder?
Is he the guy that owns the Redskins?

What ever. The guy can't bring himself to make picks in the high rounds. It's much easier down past the top of the fourth where every single player is as much of a crap shoot as an UDFA and no one actually expects contributions above the practice squad. We are not filling needs with our draft strategy. At best we bring in a few players that we can develop that will move on to other teams once they reach potential.

Well he's turned 4 picks into 10 picks including a first rounder, a second rounder and 2 third rounders. I'll take that .

You have to remember teams have to fill out special teams with young cheap scrubs from later rounds every year so they can afford contracts for their starters. We need those late round picks.
