Seahawks 2015 Free Agents, Who do you keep?

So I've found myself putting the cart in front of the horse a bit lately. I've been looking at all the free agents in this years class and thinking of all the different guys that would look so good in a Seahawks uniform. However I thought it prudent to first look at our own guys and see who we can/will bring back and who we can/should replace.

The Seattle Seahawks have 19 free agents as they enter the 2015 offseason. The new league year opens at 4 p.m. ET March 10, when unrestricted free agents can sign with any team.

Here’s a list of the Seahawks restricted and restricted free agents:

Guys I would be more likely to bring back:

Tavaris Jackson - Team leader, loved in the locker room and solid backup
Will Tukuafu - liked the versatility but not sure he's a full time FB over Coleman, here's his shot
Tony Moeaki - cheap 2 year deal with incentives for games played
Lemuel Jeanpierre - Solid depth, I'd sign him for 2-3 years and continue development
Demarcus Dobbs - a little more than a camp invite but low guaranteed. Make him compete for a spot
Malcolm Smith - I'd try to bring him back if possible as depth but I'm not spending a lot of money
Jeron Johnson - Always very solid when called on, great depth, if ATL or JAX doesn't cherry pick him
Clint Gresham - He's Consistent

Restricted FA's:

Jermain Kearse - 2nd round tender

I keep Tukuafu, he allows you to keep an extra player on game day. Keep Gresham been really consistant. Then I would offer one year deals to TJack,Williams, and Dobbs.

From that list, my number 1 guy will be Clint Gresham. Have people forgotten the cluster we had when we let go of JP Darche? You don't realize their value until you get a crappy one and you're holding your breath every snap.

Kevin Willams,Tukuafu, Maxwell, Dobbs, Gresham, Kearse, OB and Jeron Johnson, JPL are my keepers. I really like a few other but at some point you got to realize there just injury prone. Out of everyone i listed i would only overpay for Maxwell and just a little for him.

Kearly has it as right as possible. Keep as many as we can afford to. Add to the pile. Increase competition. Let the cuts come.

Most of these guys will be cheap. The only ones standing out to me as competitive players on the market are Maxwell, Schofield, Johnson and maybe Jean Pierre. But even those are mid level guys at best.

I understand part of what you are saying here, but need clarification. When you say Bevell it...is it tossing a coin and if it lands heads, keeper...tails, let go? I understand that in this world of snapchat and twitter that everyone fashions themselves a comedian these days, but the reality is that the head coach and quarterback of our favorite team in the world loves and respects our OC without a shadow of a doubt, so who are any of us not to put faith in that trust? I grasp that there's a few on here who need a scapegoat to cope like they once needed a chew toy when they were teething, but we are 12s, a powerful force that supports, not derides or pokes fun at, the best pro sports organization in the world!

When you include the personnel used in the last play call, it was a very bad play call. Lockette is trying to get around a screen of Baldwin on Browner? Really?

I think jeron Johnson will bs starting somewhere else next year, and I think he'll be really good.
