He played very well late in the game, but the entire offense needs to step it up in the first half.

I may be wrong here but I swear through the first half of the season Sam had the ability to feel the pressure and just beeline through it for a good gain. To me when he shrinks in some of these moments, he gets cement feet and doesn't recognize the opportunity to exploit the pursuit by running.

That was when every one thought we were a true running team… remember when we were excited about 2 fullbacks….

Yeah whatever, Sam played like trash most of the game. He was frozen in fear and self doubt. A kick return, a zackwards pass, JSN, and the biggest balls in the nfl and we get a miracle

Don’t believe for 1 second it’s about scoring “internet points”.

I’d describe it as misguided passion and frustration.

We’re fans (short for fanatic) it illogical to expect us to be logical.

He's getting stronger as he wins more, that said while he may be the QB of the top team in the NFC he isn't the best QB in the NFC but he still is resilient throws a very good pass when not under extreme duress and has the ability to orchestrate come from behind Ws.

Knowing the team replaced Geno with Sam makes me happy that JS saw what Sam could be if allowed to play through seeing fewer ghosts.

I think he's a far better QB than many acknowledge and if supported with a better OLine and an effective running attack could be considered dare I say it potentially elite. I'm happy he's our QB.

He still has to run the plays and make the passes to give the guy a chance to make the plays. I don't think the guy is a world beater or even close to that but I feel good knowing that he can still atleast be useful when he really really has to be. He really just needs to reliable a hand full of times throughout the game while the rest of the team picks him up. He is really bad with the turnovers but its good to know that he can still sling it without being afraid even in the biggest of games and moments. He could have easily just turtled and turned into Hand off Hank or Check down Charilie but he didn't. Even if this team isn't a clear superbowl favorite, they still have a great chance to win it all which is more than I could ask for this season.

At the end of the day, in our 3 losses he put us in a position to almost win, blindside strip-sack in Week 1 where he was marching down the field, go ahead TD against Bucs with 2 mins to go, and missed field goal for the win in last Rams game.

Apart from that he's won 12 other games.

Think he is doing just fine

And there's also the reality that he's actually one of the best QBs in the NFC/NFL. It's not like there's a stupid amount of depth around the league at the position. He's had issues with the Rams and their pass rush. The rest of the league not so much. But he overcame it last night when it mattered most.
