That's some auspicious company.

Forget those bums. Wilson is the ONLY player in NFL history to have at least 3 passing TDs and no interceptions while completing 70 percent of his passes in four straight games.

But look at the competition. Cause no other QB in NFL history has played a stretch of 3 games against such terrible competition....right?

That Brenneman comment about the Seahawks playing "far, far inferior competition" talking about the Vikings who were at the time 8-3 facing the 6-5 Seahawks was just plain odd.

The only awful team Seattle faced in that stretch was SF. Pittsburgh has been doing great, Minny had a much better showing on the road against the Cards, and Baltimore is just flat out unlucky.

If he throws 3 TDs this week he'll also become one of 6 players to have thrown 3 TDs in 5 consecutive games - Brady, Manning, Marino, Young and Rodgers are the other 4.

Also first QB in history with 4 straight games with a passer rating over 138.5. Pretty incredible. Imagine if he could throw from the pocket!

Suddenly, the Browns game has as high an appeal as any other game this season. To see if Russell can continue his lights-out quarterbacking.

He can and he will. I fully expect another 300-yard, 4-TD type performance from him. His decision-making has just been incredible this past month or so.

My worry is that he doesn't see the ball because we pick-6 Manziel every time he has the ball, and before we know it TJax is in at 42-0 without Wilson taking a single snap

I say "worry"

We should get the ball kicked off to us once guaranteed in the game. But with the kind of day you're suggesting, Lockett will return it for 6. He is due, anyway...

I'm actually looking forward to RW leading a couple clock-draining drives. I love our efficiency right now.

Those comments are stupid because every QB has a stretch against inferior competition at some point. Heck, Brady plays most of his games against inferior competition considering how awful their Division has been over the years. Course few ever mention that when talking about Tom Terrific.

Someone should find out what the actual 2nd highest rating for a 4 game stretch is. I dig the stat, I'd just have to laugh if the next was 138.4.

I know that guys like Rodgers, Warner and even 2013 Manning had to be close at some point.

Never mind, it's not even close. Just looking at 125+ you get two players from the 60s and 70s who threw the 13 and 16 times per game. Both had higher passer ratings though :)

Warner and Young posted averages of 133 and 130 respectively over a 4 game stretch. Rivers had a stretch of 5 games where he averaged 126.8.

At the very least, an interesting topic of discussion leading up to the CLE game.
