The more I think about it, why not. Let’s be honest, K9 has his moments but he can be super frustrating to watch too.

Anything less than a third this year and a fourth next year would be a deal breaker. I would push to swap #52 and K9 for the Raiders #37 and a 5th next year. There are plenty of really solid options at #37.

Raiders are pushing all in on the ultimate prize:

Becoming the 2023 Seahawks and winning 9 games.
I wish Pete well and will forever appreciate what he did for the Hawks. But the Raiders are still going to be the Raiders.

Even Pete's magic fire extinguisher will struggle to douse the dumpster fire that is the Raiders.

That’s how many games he’s missed in his NFL career. Nobody would be totally healthy playing behind the lines he’s had to endure.
Then thank god he's behind the shittiest one in the league now!

What could happen?!

In Kubiaks system the style of RB that excels will be different it will be preferably one that is capable of planting and going upfield with speed being important think of what the Miami Dolphins presently have

I dont think he is a star, i know he is. I dont know how one could dispute the dude has elite talent. The fact that he has been underutilized has no bearing on what he can do. Nor does speculation on what was offered for him.

And RBs are sometimes injured. See S Barkley...

Walker had been playing behind a line and in an offense that leads to early contact fairly consistently. His running style + being mobbed in the backfield or line of scrimmage almost every down is a big reason he has been injured. Give him soace to work and i guarantee you that wont be an issue.
What this guy said. Last year they showed that our blocking was so bad, that Seattle had the worst stats for defenders being in the backfield as K9 was getting the ball.

How can anyone say "Our OLine sucks!" Then follow that with " K9 sucks!"?

He's so busy trying to secure the ball while he's getting hit, that he can't protect himself!

No, K9 is elite, our blocking has sucked, big time.

And how do you guys keep forgetting that we also had an inept OC?

A bad coach can make any player look bad.
How is it a player does terrible for years, then changes teams and BOOM! Becomes elite? Coaching.

Because people must have their player to blast, and have already made up their minds. They did it with DK, now they're doing it with K9.

He's a hell of a football player, if someone doesn't see that, then they're just not paying attention.

K9 will suck this year if the OL blocks the way it did last year.
Unfortunately you may be right because at this point on paper the Seahawks do not have enough pieces to run Kubiak's offense.
