Riq Woolen is a bum

Elite play???? That term is so loosely applied these days.
QB, LT & CB are difficult positions to master and you have to take the good with the bad during the learning curve period. Woolen is no Richard Sherman, he is a physical, athletic freak who still has to put the mental part of it together.
This is like starting Milroe and it taking three years to work the bugs out.
We are in knee deep and I support this coaching staff sticking with Woolen as long as they think it benefits the team.

Yup, because our genius GM refused to address the corner situation despite everyone and their grandma knowing it was a major area of concern.
Na, we needed help in the trenches more. Jobe is serviceable if needed. Emmanwori going down was a blow, no doubt, but next man up.

Schneider did what he needed to do. They're building this team from the inside out. Finally.

He was a ball hawk his rookie year (2022). In 2023, 2024, and so far in 2025 - not so much.

If only we could sub a pinch hitter for Riq once it came time to lower the boom on somebody..

He just seems like a lazy player, hard to explain, but I'm sure some feel the same way. He's way too laid back, imo. He doesn't attack the ball, and he's absolutely capable. He just has brain fart after brain fart.
We're gonna find out that he smoked Hella weed during his time here after it's all said and done. Remember Sam Perkins? Total blazer, except he played a sport/position where being "smoove" and calm/relaxed was a benefit. Just throw up wet ass tree balls. 😂

Big Smooth was awesome. And he always looked lit.
Met him a couple times before Hawks games back when they had the cool BBQ place across from the stadium. He was always really cool, and clearly had the munchies.

THAT, and an attitude. His entire demeanor screams entitled, arrogant pr*ck. From my distant perspective, he comes off as a guy who thinks he isn't being treated right or has gotten the shaft somewhere along the way or that he's smarter than everyone else.
Oh, I don't see that at all. I see a somewhat meek, perhaps maybe too comfortable in his own head space/doesn't care one bit about outside noise (to his detriment) guy that just couldn't be bothered to care about much of anything. Football might not even be his passion in life. Of course I am psychoanalyzing the young man from what I see on my TV a few Sundays a year.

I ran into Sam at Southcenter mall. That negro had TWO slices of Sbarro and TWO bottles of water and his eyes were virtually SHUT. Had the nerve to have a Up In Smoke Tour shirt on 😂

Yeah me too, that's fair. I just know when someone's a hard worker in pretty short order as an employer, you just know one when you see one. That TD in his face sunday when he just kind of waited for the ball to come to him versus going up and getting it was pretty ugly and damning.

I bet he plays this before games 😂.
I LOVE that song, btw.

That's funny, I said to my wife sunday that Riq looked like he slipped an edible before the game, lol

Love me some Bob, I spent some time in Jamaica in 2000, talk about a country that knows how to take it easy and relax.

You'd probably LOVE this:

He also made an incredible play that prevented a touchdown. It's up and down with him. But he doesn't seem to process things correctly too often.
