Was investigated for sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment. Nothing was found. Fired him anyway.

I get what you're saying. It does exist in our criminal justice system, but sadly it doesn't exist in the court of public opinion.

Society needs to step it up and start giving people the benefit of the doubt. It's something I do religiously. Sure, you risk a bit more, but you wind up gaining a whole lot more in return.
