Eye opening and sort of surprising.

Russell Wilson: 12
Drew Lock: 11
Jared Goff: 10

Not sure how to post a tweet, but what the heck.

This is as much on Russ as it is on Shotty. Play calling must change, for the good of the team.

The "Let Russ Cook" campaign, the MVP talk, and "Mr. Unlimited" may have gotten to Russ' head a bit. He started becoming careless with the football by trying to play hero ball every game, instead of protecting the ball, or taking what the defense gives him.

Meanwhile defenses studied film, and figured out all they had to do was stop the chunk plays (with two deep safeties, and disguised coverages), and they could slow this offense.

Combine that with a hobbled running game, and lack of continuity on the line, and this is the results we're gonna get.

Now Shell should be back next game, and Carson should be a little healthier. This should take some pressure off of Russell.

At the same time, he needs to regain his confidence. The coaches can help him do this by mixing in more rhythm based or up tempo short and intermediate passing plays. Maybe even a RO keeper early to keep defenses guessing.

Save the bombs away for when Carson and Hyde have established some yards on the ground. It has been evident that taking hits and sacks does affect Russell's decision-making.

So balance is key, but scoring early will help also.

Where is Aros like button?? I need to press it.....

Dude this is so right on.... the other thing is Penny is coming back to practice this week... Man I hope he is healthy and can get some carries that would really help out Carson and Hyde get healthy... Russell is a tough dude he takes some pretty good shots sometimes... they really need to protect him because he shouldn't be taking those shots.. thats not good
