The proof that the Seahawks are a good team came last night. I can't tell you how many times over the years I have heard "good teams find a way to win". Well, last night this team found a way to win. The starting Tackles were out and they faced a monster of a pass rush and still won. RW had no time to do anything and they still won. The offense as a whole did nothing and they still won. This defense may have given up the most rushing yards they have all season, but they still won. The defense let the opposition drive 96 yards in the last 5 minutes for a possible win and held them at the goal line for the win!

I have also heard many times over the years that championship teams experience certain amounts of luck throughout the season. In a game where the team obviously played poorly, they still won the game. Teams logically cannot always play their best game every week. As fans we want to see it. This team knows how to win even when they are not playing well!

Cortez said it best at his HOF induction ceremony, "God bless the Seattle Seahawks!"

A funny story...I have a men's group that I help lead at my church on Monday nights (I know...WHY Mondays? Our head pastor gives the message and his only available night is Mondays...) Anyway...got this email yesterday: "The church is without power so no group tonight! God must be a Seahawks fan!" And with the way the game ended...I'm starting to believe that may be true...

I agree.

The Hawks are now winning these kinds of ugly games that for some reason we always found a way to lose in the past. So that's a positive sign of a championship caliber teams.

BUT, going forward if we don't get healthy and improve on the offensive side of the ball I foresee some serious issues. Everything has to be clicking going into the playoffs, and we're assuming our O-line will improve once Okung and Breno are back, and Harvin's playing. If those things don't happen, then IMO we're in trouble.
