Howell can run some too.
Not really. In 612 drop backs he only rushed the ball 48 times the season he started in Washington. Geno actually rushed the ball more than Howell did in Washington. Howell is also only a marginal athlete. He's strong but he's not particular quick or elusive.

Why did 37 people vote so far for Howell? Do you really think he’s the best choice? If he wasn’t on the roster would you ever had voted for him?

I want Darnold. After looking at his year he had like issues and graded higher when he had less than 2.5 seconds than Geno did. He’s 27 and has high pedigree and is also super talented. His throw to Jefferson to beat Seattle was one of the best throws of the year. Use some of the money you have bc of moving on from Geno to help the line and Seattle doesn’t miss a beat with Darnold who at WORST is on par with Geno

After thinking about it overnight, I’m changing my vote.

Rodgers could very well be the likely choice. Look at his stats last year. They are very close to Geno’s in a similar type of offense. As a one or two year rental if you can get him at a reasonable cost and bring in Adams and someone like Cooper while getting DK to stay, then this is not a bad situation at all. The only concern I have is the offensive line, but there aren’t many mobile quarterbacks available anyway so at least you know he can throw.

My list:
1- ARod
2- Daniel Jones
I almost want it because people would go nuts lol

I voted for Howell before I saw Wilson had zero, so I switched out of compassion. At this moment, Howell may be the ONLY choice Schneider has.

For me Howell, John and others wanted him, I don't think you settle for a QB you have to love what he brings, really don't think there is that type of guy this year.

No one will agree but I like Cousins at a league minimum and a rookie to learn behind him. Cousins has a reputation for being awesome at helping a teammate and he’s a pro so the perfect person to learn from. A repeat of Atlanta without the massive contract would be an interesting situation
That's an intersting idea, but the rookie QB class this year is too thin. The best QB available for us would likely be Dart or Slough, and they're wild cards, not at the level of Pennix.

Darnold.

He has experience and had a good year.

A drafted rookie will NOT be ready to start next year.

Sam Howell is an unknown at this point after 1 year with an awful offense at Washington the year before last.

Sam Darnold.

No I agree, I could’ve worded that better. I met situationally.

I guess the question remains; is it about winning now? or is it about mitigating the QB situation until the team is ready to contend?

If you think this team can win with Howell at qb you need your head examined...

I don't believe that there are that many fans that think we can win with Howell. I think a lot of people picking Howell just don't want to see a big contract doled out to a QB that will keep this team in mediocrity and prefer to just take our lumps with Howell until the team can find a legit franchise QB. At least that's how i am taking it.
