He did win one SB but lost one as well. And that really like NW Hawk says he has changed since marrying Ciara there. Really needs to go back and being humble again.
Brady making a difference now as in this year?? Um did you watch him play this year?
As another poster pointed out:Incredible? In todays game?Where a 46 year old has outplayed you?Seriously?
does this answer your question?
As another poster pointed out:
Nine pro bowls-As a sub, second or third team(Was he ever first team?)
2 Super Bowl appearances-A whole team thing.
1 Super Bowl victory-Again if not team thing then HE lost one.
NFL man of the year-Why is this HOF?
#10 all time in Game Win Drives-Bunch of those because he put us in a hole.
#13 in TDs-Easy modern day stat.
#2 Passer rating-Again easier modern day stat.
#3 Rushing yards by QB of all time-Also top 10 of all time in being sacked(483)
Almost tied Manning w/ the most wins in the first 10 seasons- 9-7 in the playoffs (1 win the last 6 years)
You were saying…..
I made a mistake. Forgot about Phil Simms who also has 2 rings. He is generally not considered as one of the multiple ring quarterbacks because he never saw the field in his second Super Bowl. So, technically there are 2 eligible QBs with multiple rings, that aren't in the HOF.The only eligible QB with 2 Lombardis that is not in the HOF is Plunkett. Eli Manning and Roethlisberger have yet to reach eligibility, but it seems accepted that both will get in. If Wilson had won XLIX, he would be just about guaranteed a gold jacket.
All our best interest? I would get absolutely nothing out of that. The opposite in factAnother SB win would definitely help Russ's case, especially if he completed the game winning TD pass.
I know a LOT of Hawk fans are still salty about how Russ left, but it's really in all our best interest for him to do well in Denver, get into the Hall and come back often to be celebrated in Seattle for what he is..........the greatest QB in Hawk history who was a big part of us winning our first SB.
Now that the draft pick incentive is out of the way, we should all wish good things for Russ. If for nothing else to selfishly pad him as a Hawk Hall of Famer and future Ring of Honor member.

That is BS. This has very little to do with Hawk fan's growing cold ("spite and resentment") toward RW, it's about a former top 5 talent suddenly looking like an Arena league QB. This franchise doesn't need another HOF feather in our cap, we need Lombardi trophies, like the one that slipped away on the goal line. Yeah, that would be a nice 'feather in the cap' for Milton college if Dave Krieg made the HOF.My bad, I thought it'd be a feather in our Hawk cap for more Hawk players to get into the Hall of Fame.
I guess our emotional spite and resentment carries more weight.

81% in this poll have spoken, 19% have ordered a Dangerwich at Subway, let it go man.
Well you & Soulfish have 45K+ posts and I've never eaten a Dangerwich so I relinquish this thread to you.And you're not resentful lol.
Okay man, I'll let my enjoyment of seeing the greatest QB in franchise history who was a major part of our beloved Seahawks getting their 1st Superbowl win have the best chance possible of getting into the Hall......and instead hold onto a spiteful grudge until I'm lowered into the ground cause I can't let it go that he wanted to play elsewhere.
Cause no players ever do that!
