Play of the game

After Wilsons TD run was called back on the Willson holding penalty, to come back and the very next play and find Baldwin in stride. That was the play of the game. That shows the dominance Wilson is capable of. Take away his 50 YD TD run? Fine, he will just crush you through the air.

Best play of the day for me.

I agree. That was the play that told the entire stadium "You guys have no chance today. Thanks for coming. Please tip your parking attendant".

I thought it showed how mentally tough both Baldwin and Wilson are, didn't hang their heads, didn't show negative anything, went back and he threw it to the guy that got the penalty.

I still want to see the Wilson run. I couldn't watch the game and they don't make the highlights available if it's called back on a penalty, obviously. So if someone has it and can post it I would love to see the run.

That was an amazing sequence.
First off, the speed by wilson. He was gaining seperation on their entire secondary.

The throw by wilson to Doug was perfect. Credit bevell for going for the kill on that call too

If its not posted from DVR soon, Ill post it tomorrow when its on NFL Replay.

Was actually a bad call on Willson for the hold. Good play call and run by Wilson. But the Balwin TD (good job RW for not getting slumped by the bad call) was great.

What I found bonkers, was that though RW got hit on the play, if Sweezy peels off and picks up the dude that hit RW a beat earlier, RW doesn't even get touched on that play. Nearly perfect execution of the play all the way around.

That was a Wilson audible on the Cover zero. I mean Bevell can get credit too, but it wasn't the called play necessarily.

He is lights out on that audible.

Did anyone notice the ticker showed 2nd and 1 after they called back the TD run for holding?

The play was definitely a dagger as well as a dtatement.

Agree with the OP. That throw was a thing of beauty. No fear at all from Russ to throw into tight coverage.

Edit: I'm mixing up the TD passes to Doug. The throw I liked best was to Doug on the 20 yarder. The 53 yard throw and run was the best play just because of the way Russ responded after the TD run was taken away.

I loved the spread formation 5 wide TD to Baldwin first play after the pick. No attempt to use clock, no disguise. Spread em out, let Russ pick his pre snap read, take advantage of a banged up inexperienced secondary.

Killer instinct.
