It is difficult to agree with that assessment.
I argued last season (and I will stand by it) that Geno is a league average backup who can give a good team a 50/50 shot to win until the starter returns.
Lock's arm strength is amazing but his decision making is equally terrible. He spoke about not going "gunslinger" but doesn't seem to be able to help himself throwing ill advised passes. I was hoping that he might turn a corner but he still looks like his tape from Denver.
I am guessing that we will be picking a QB early next season.
