Pete rips refs, EVERYONE agreeing Seahawks got screwed

The refs are bad, and they've been bad for a very long time.

If Pete wants to be mad at someone, maybe look in the mirror at the coach who can't seem to figure out how to coach the horrible lack of discipline out of his soft ass underachieving roster of players.

Did you guys watch the Packers game last night? Damn did that no name youngest team in the league look great. Physical, dynamic, fearless up against the best team in the AFC. How bout the Rams continuing to overachieve with a bunch of no name 2nd and 3rd rounders playing their ass off and punching us in the mouth twice a year every year.

I'll also play some devil's advocate and defend the refs a little.

Tom Brady is right, there's a LOT of bad football being played right now in the NFL. All these new protection and lack of contact practice rules may be great for player safety, but it's most definitely at the expense of the product on the field.

It's not just us, procedural penalties are way up, and so are most penalties. That's not just cause "refs suck." The players aren't sharp, they're sloppy, their coverage/blocking skills are lacking. So of course they're going to grab more cause they're out of position. Of course they're going to commit more holding, PI, late hits out of frustration, and just a generally poorer product.

This gives far more opportunities for refs to not only throw flags, but get it wrong too.
