Good for Pete. He not only knows how to change a culture, but he knows how to rebuild a team. Also, the age thing is blown out of proportion, imo. He has more energy at 73 than most 50 somethings do. I heard the Hawks might play at Vegas in 2026. Oh man. What a road trip that would be. And like Mael said, the Goat hired a huge winner to coach the Raiders.

Wait! I thought it was Geno that just hadn't gotten the right coaches yet. It's those pesky OC's always holding him back.
To be fair, I think everyone knows Geno is worlds better than Minshew.
