For false starts, agreed.
And agreed w/ other posters that the question isn't false starts, but delay of game penalties and wasted time outs to avoid delay of game penalties due to all the 9ers shifting and abnormally large playbook on offense.
The 9ers struggle with this stuff in friendly environments (see: last week at home in Green Bay), and will most likely struggle with it much more when they can't hear Kap making adjustments (which is a big part of their offense).
I'm guessing they'll be simlifying this week, but it's still going to be a problem.
