You can take a turd, roll it in sugar, add some sprinkles and whipped cream but at the end of the day its still a turd.

True...but if I had to choose between eating a plain turd or eating a turd that was rolled in sugar and covered with whipped cream and sprinkles, I'd definitely eat the turd that was rolled in sugar and covered with whipped cream and sprinkles.
