Unless #31 is available (as he’s been named honorary captain) then him and BeastMode should share the honorable duty.

Jody would be ok, but anyone that thinks she will have the same effect isn’t thinking straight.

I’ve already stated that I understand honoring someone/ Jody but Honoring should play second fiddle to whipping the crowd into a frenzy (IMO).

I know @pmedic920 diesnt like to hear this, it’s Jody Allen raising the flag. For me any player or celebrity could do it, gives me a great bump and excitement until kickoff and then everyone forgets. Regardless of how everything played out, being an owner or owner representative requires a lot of credit to allow the organization to grow and reach an NFC Championship. There are just 4 teams left and this is the last home game this season. Let Jody get the credit and recognition she is due and let’s take a bow to everything else that needed to be done to get here ownership wise after Paul’s passing,

I wonder what Jody wants to do? I don't think her desire to raise the flag would automatically mirror Paul's. I mean, she is the owner after all.

I'd go Jody raising it with a couple of greats waving towels and hyping people.

I don’t care if she raises the flag, let’s get that straight!

I simply believe there are better choices, because I’d like the crowd to be as fired up as possible.
For that, she’s not the one.

Jody may be the "right" call symbolically, but it's the wrong call if the sole purpose of someone raising the flag in the biggest Seahawks game in a decade is to get the fans into a frenzied, loud lather. If so, then it should be Beast Mode.

Just don't let it be Matt Hasselbeck: "We want the ball and we're gonna score!" It would be a bad omen.

This is easy, John Schneider and Jody Allen will raise it together wearing matching outfits. This is to show how to run a great team, ownership, and GM in unison, totally in-one.

That's never been the sole purpose of the 12th man ceremony, especially for the NFC Championship Game.

That would be cool for a dinner date or awards ceremony, but this is for an occasion where you want to be hoisting a slab of raw meat with wild animals snapping at it with saliva, blood, and hair flying everywhere, like the Romans cheering a Gladiator.

This occasion calls for Beast Mode!

I just don’t think the crowd will need any help getting into a frenzy. A moment to honor Paul, a final salute, while Jody raises the flag, would be pretty epic.

Especially if we are receiving

We’ve played 3 NFC championship games in Seattle. In all 3 of those, the owner raised the flag and we won all 3. Undefeated. Give me the owner all day until that streak is broken. Not even debatable imo.

It has to be Marshawn Lynch
Nah, They made Kam Chancellor the honorary Team Captain for this game, let HIM ALSO raise that flag, BUT let's not rule ME out...Second thought, I'd likely pee my pants and I doubt that would garner any cheers from the Seahawks faithful. :)
