Can someone refresh my memory, about what game was the 19 straight pass plays?
Green Bay, and we were down a lot and I believe it was the second half as well. It's just something some posters decided to fixate on.Can someone refresh my memory, about what game was the 19 straight pass plays?
I think it also points to the odds that this decision was probably made a couple of weeks ago. (If I had to guess, the Packers game probably settled it, the Bears game would have just been the icing on the cake. The Los Angeles game was just "too little, too late".)I just think the lack of hesitation of the Grubb firing points to MM already 1. Knowing who he wants and 2. Wanting to get to them before anyone else does.
I hope they bring somone in who has actually exhibited the ability to call a game and not just coordinate passing, coach a qb, or design plays.Fire Peetz
Oh wait..........
Definitely GB could have been the straw. Without a doubt, Minnesota.I think it also points to the odds that this decision was probably made a couple of weeks ago. Probably go with Bill to NCWhat is Josh McDaniels doing these days?![]()
Oh for Peetz sake!Fire Peetz

And our guards suck year after year. They might be “overpaid,” but that’s the price for quality guards. Use the money we overpaid Jones to get a top guard in FA.He said they're overpaid, not that they're overrated. And he said it about guards.
Obliviously you don't watch UW football. It wouldn't matter if we had the best O-line in the league because Grubb would have done the exact same thing. He's a pass happy OC and hates running ball. He had to go. This isn't college level ball anymore. Here is a thought, give Grubb the players he needs to succeed like an offensive line
HireGive Peetz a chance
Hell no.Eric Bieniemy was just hired as a "consultant" by the Huskies. I wonder if the Seahawks look to him as a potential OC candidate. He had success with the Chiefs. Does he fit what Mike M is seeking from an offense?
No NFL team attempts more passes than the Washington Commanders.
Not only in 2023, a statistical nugget fans are likely aware of by now. The claim holds for a longer duration. Two seasons? Five? Ten? Think grander, as in the entire 21st century.
Under the direction of offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy, and signed off by head coach Ron Rivera, the Commanders have dropped back to pass on 68.7 percent of their offensive plays through 10 games. If sustained, that would match the single-season record in TruMedia’s database, which offers data dating to 2000, set by the 2013 Atlanta Falcons.
