MM is fine there is no reason to worry about him. Now if we are still see this kind of play after year 3 than we are in trouble. It takes coaches a couple years to really get his type of guys on the team. Remember we have 3 starters on defense that are on 1 year deals. And they probably won't be back next year. They are here as rentals until Mike can get his own guys. He can only do so much in year 1.

Wow, if this thread isn’t a classic example of fans letting their emotions cloud their otherwise rational intellect fresh after a shocking loss I don’t know what is.

Appreciate the good laugh all the same.

Honestly, I only saw 1 problem today that stood out compared to the 1st 4 games...Tackling! That was a strength in the previous games. If Mikey can get that figured out, we are back on track.

It's fair to start questioning the hype surrounding MM. Given his lack of a resume, it was surprising how much leeway some people gave him. But ultimately, we're 3-2. He deserves the benefit of the doubt.

Losing a game isn't terrible. No team goes undefeated.

Losing a game to the Giants kinda is terrible.

Losing a game to the Giants after literally letting the Lions violate your defense on national TV the week before?

Even more terrible.

Letting the Giants run through your defense while noname WRs dominated your supposedly top-tier secondary? At home?!?

Pungent. Terrible. Awful. Maybe even atrocious.

It can get worse....but honestly not by much. We are now a worse team than the Giants. (Let that sink in)
