Yes, it was set for today. His atty will be requesting a continuance. Even if he is denied, there are quite a bit more steps until we get to opening statements.

Lynch’s new trial date is Feb. 21, according to his lawyer, Ivan Golde. The court date stems from charges filed against him for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol in July 2012.
