If'n I got that ball, I'd be walkin' out the Stadium lookin' like I was 8 month's pregnant.
What the hell Am I sayin' eh?, I already look like that
So I'd be walkin' out lookin' like a hunch back that looked like he was 8 months pregnant.
There, I fixed it.

It could work...

I assure you the kid was in shock, as I was. The ball bounced off my knee- I am the guy that is sitting behind him, as I was looking the other way, and did not see it coming. we ALL were surprised.

Any lawyers contact you yet?

Seriously, I think the NFL puts the kabosh on this practice real quick. I imagine had that ball smashed some unsuspecting fan in the face, we're looking at at least a six figure settlement. This is not like an errant ball going into the stands where no one is negligent.

A few months ago I ran across a video of a dude in the stand accidentally bare-hand catching a home run ball. The ball hit his hand when he wasn't looking, and he reflexively held on. He was completely confused for a few long seconds and kept staring at the ball in his hand and his face on the big screen. I think he was a coach of a different sport, had special access to a portion of the stand. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Couldn't find it.

I've seen the security take away several balls over the years.
They normally would NOT let you leave with it.
That's the same look I would have, oh crap , have I been spotted and if not how can I get out of here quick cuz I want this freakin ball

Balls thrown out during the game as a errant pass etc are to be returned. Something like this could surely be kept. The problem is the kid doesn't know where the ball came from it would be like a Virgin explaining to her dad how she got pregnat........"I dunno it just appeared"

Amusingly my son plays lacrosse with this kid, or at least did a couple of seasons ago (they are separated by one grade, so some years they are eligible to be on the same team, and other years they are not, because they are closer in age to each other than normal for a one grade separation). Didn't put two and two together when I saw the reference to "Hunter" in the tweet.

He looks like he totally wasn't even expecting it. He has a "what the hell just happened?" look on his face...

Agree. That and he was probably wondering "is this for me? can i keep it?"

This kid was texting , a ball landed in his lap and he turned around to see who put it there. Not having any idea that Marshawn Lynch just threw it to him .

On top of that , hundreds of fans were staring at him , instantly leading to confusion.
