I’m working a trade show in Chicago and just before the end of the first day, some dude comes down our aisle and I’m like what? Is that Marshawn? It was him. I went out in the aisle and said I’m a huge Hawks fan, and that I love you man. He said, I appreciate that, and kept walking. My booth was beside the Good Boy vodka booth, so I was a few deep, and then I yelled to him, we shoulda ran the ball?

It's so cool that everyone loves him and he's just fine with walking through a trade show. So many celebs would try to distance. Others would want to be center of attention. MLynch is just being MLynch and whatever....

He’s a special dude on so many different layers and levels, man. A snobby business type might relegate him as being some thuggy nonsense because of his vernacular.

Yet, he’s incredibly layered, a heart of absolute gold, an astute businessman and someone who cherishes his time as a Seahawk, his fellow alums and us the fans.

I have a serious man crush on Beast Mode and boy are we blessed to have the memories.

Don’t get me wrong, I like Marshawn and am a fan however, there are plenty of guys around the league like this. He’s really not that unique in that sense. Plus, unless I’m missing something, if all he said back was I appreciate it, that’s not exactly going out of your way to talk to a fan. Again, absolutely nothing about him that I don’t like, but I don’t see how he’s that different than a lot of other guys that don’t have a chip on their shoulder and there’s plenty of them.
