I read that he was doing wind sprints in the alley. I know, it sounds weird.
Also heard this. This smacks of some sort of under the influence outside of alcohol; or in combination with alcohol.I read that he was doing wind sprints in the alley. I know, it sounds weird.
I think you are right, no other reason at allPure speculation of course but I assume he was walking back from a bar and got a bug up his drunk ass about what he deemed was an illegally-parked vehicle.

Hey! Conner's is not too busy.I think you are right, no other reason at all
Incident could have happened on the small street between Marriott and Westin, which looked a service street for the two big hotels View attachment 74823
This made me laugh although obvious what actually happened is not funny

Mark Sanchez Sentenced To Five More Seasons With The New York Jets
INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Legal analysts were stunned by the severity of the penalty handed down in the wake of a weekend stabbing incident, as former NFL player Mark Sanchez was sentenced to five more seasons with the New York Jets.babylonbee.com
Punishment doesn't fit the crime!"Cruel and unusual punishment" right there.
From what I understand, the area is covered with security cameras and there were multiple witnesses. Under those circumstances, the prosecution doesn't necessarily need a victim to file charges or even to testify at a trial, although they'll likely subpoena the victim if for nothing else to confirm that it was him and his truck shown in the security cam footage. They can file charges and bring Sanchez to court based solely on the evidence they have.If the current state of what is known remains accurate, even as a first-time offender he's probably going to jail IF the victim doesn't just accept a payout. Most of the time they do just take the money though, so that's probably what will happen here...
I wouldn't say it's pure speculation. It's deductive reasoning. We know for a fact that the truck driver was doing his job and was inside his truck when the fight occurred, so that pretty much indicates that the driver didn't start it. The incident happened at 12:30am on a Friday night/Saturday morning, prime time for drunks, and the evidence points to Sanchez having been intoxicated.Pure speculation of course but I assume he was walking back from a bar and got a bug up his drunk ass about what he deemed was an illegally-parked vehicle.
I hope Sanchez pays off the victim to not press charges and then the District Attorney immediately does it of their own accord anyway. From what I understand, the area is covered with security cameras and there were multiple witnesses. There are all sorts of substances, both legal and illegal, that can cause psychotic episodes. They obviously will be running a toxicology test on both Sanchez and the driver, but if it's anything like WA, it could take several weeks if not a month or longer before they get the report. What does cocaine and alcohol do when mixed?
I honestly don't know but I'm thinking he was having
a psychotic episode, like more than just booze caused
it.
